Mr. Timothy Tomcho, age 40, of Laporte Twp., Muncy Valley, PA, tragically passed away from an automobile accident on, Tuesday, October 31, 2017.           Tim was born on September 22, 1977, in Wilkes Barre, PA, a son of Joseph Robert Tomcho Sr. & Bonnie Kay Smith Tomcho. He graduated from Coudersport Area Junior/Senior High School a member of the class of 1996. He then went on to Mansfield University where he graduated in 2000 with a degree in Criminal Justice.           He has lived in Sullivan County since 2004 where he operated his residential construction business, Tim’s Construction.           He was the current Commander of the Sons of the American Legion of the Sonestown Post #601 and also a member of the Sullivan County Recreation Association.           Tim enjoyed hunting, fishing, cooking and spending time with family and friends.       Surviving:   Parents: Joseph & Bonnie Tomcho                              Burnsville, NC     Wife: Susan Quail                                                     Muncy Valley, PA   Two brothers: Joseph & Aimee Tomcho                               Burnsville, NC Major Jason & Britni Tomcho                       USAF, Germany   Aunts & uncles: Tommy Morrison                                           Iselin, NJ Dana & Gwen Wagner                                   Hunlock Creek, PA Donna & Walter Stout                                    Berwick, PA   Nieces & nephews: Ben Tomcho Jayce Tomcho Lily Tomcho   Memorial Services will be held on Sunday, November 5, 2017, at 4:00 P.M. at the Sonestown Post #601 American Legion, 1433 Champion Hill Road, Muncy Valley, PA 17758.           Memorial contributions may be made to the Sullivan County Recreation Association, PO Box 307, Laporte, PA 18626 or the Sonestown Post #601 American Legion, 1433 Champion Hill Road, Muncy Valley, PA 17758 in loving memory of Timothy Tomcho.   Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the P.
