Russell Kenneth Losey

 Mr. Russell Kenneth Losey, age 65, of Mildred, PA, and formerly of New Brunswick, NJ, and Bucks Co., PA, passed away peacefully on Saturday, November 2, 2019, at home with daughters Jill and Kimberly at his side.

          Russell was born on April 13, 1954, in Princeton, NJ, a son of Charlotte Losey, and the late Ralph Rafel.

          He graduated from High School and worked in the Buck Co. area.  He married the former Patricia Armstrong of Glenside, PA, on January 17, 2002, and they retired to Sullivan County thirteen years ago.

          A Memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be held at a later date.

          Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the P. Dean Homer Funeral Home, 206 Water St., Dushore, PA.
