Mr. Robert L. Brown Jr., age 70, of Bowling Alley Rd, Wyalusing, PA, passed away peacefully on Monday morning, August 10, 2026, in the comfort of his home with his loving family at his side.

Bob was born on March 1, 1956, in Meshoppen, PA, a son of the late Robert L. Brown Sr. and Ruth Kintner Brown. He graduated from Wyalusing Valley High School as a member of the class of 1975.

Bob grew up on the family farm where he worked with his father for many years. He married the former Patricia Orlowski on August 16, 1980. He went on to work at Procter and Gamble, where he worked for 35 years, retiring as an electrician.

Bob loved hunting and spending time outdoors. He also loved nothing more than relaxing on the back patio with his bride after a good day’s work. Bob was a lifelong Yankees fan and a hat wearing member of the Browntown Poker Club. In retirement Bob became an active volunteer at the Wyalusing Valley Museum and the Helping Hands Food Pantry.

Bob was a member of the Wyalusing Presbyterian Church.

Bob is also survived by many beloved nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Besides his parents, he was predeceased by a nephew Randy J. Woodruff, his father-in-law Samuel Orlowski Sr, mother-in-law Marjorie "Marge" White Orlowski, brother-in-law Gerald Orlowski, and sister-in-law Janet E. Orlowski.

Funeral Services will be held Thursday, August 13th, 2026, at 11:00 AM at Homer Funeral Homer, 1 Grovedale Ln, Wyalusing, PA, with Pastor Bruce Jordan officiating.

Friends and family may call at the funeral home on Thursday morning from 9:30 AM until the start of the service at 11:00 AM.

Interment will be in the Wyalusing Cemetery.
