Richard W. “Dick” Page Sr., age 90, of Eagles Mere, PA, passed away on Saturday, July 26, 2025.

Dick was born July 21, 1935, in Binghamton, NY, the son of the late Reford L. and Marian Edna Moulthrop Page. He graduated from North High School, a member of the class of 1954. He graduated from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, in Troy, NY in 1958. He later graduated from Syracuse University with an MS Degree in Engineering in 1965, and an Executive MBA from Williams College in 1984.

He was also an adjunct professor at Binghamton University and Tompkins County Community College.

He married the former Janet Mae Burdick of Binghamton, NY on August 24, 1957. She predeceased him on April 29, 2013, after celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary on August 24, 2007.

Dick entered in the US Air Force at Lackland AFB in TX, in 1960, serving his commitment, and then was discharged from the Air Force Reserve in 1968.

Dick began working for NYSEG in 1958 and retired as a Senior Vice President of Human Resources in 1994. He and Janet relocated to Ithaca, NY in 1972. After he retired, they resided in Lansing, NY, until 2006 when they moved to Eagles Mere, PA.

Dick and Janet were members of St. Basil’s Catholic Church in Dushore, PA, and he was a devoted husband, and loving father and grandfather. Dick was also a member of the Eagles Mere-Laporte Lions Club, and a member of Rotary International.

Surviving:

Son and daughter-in-law: Rick and Kellie Page, of Lansing, NY; a daughter and son-in-law: Susan and Tony Ferrito, of Elmira, NY; grandchildren: Jacob Ferrito, of Elmira, NY. Zackery and spouse Kali Page of Lansing, NY, and Quinn Page of Lansing, NY.

He was predeceased by a sister-in-law, Carol White.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 AM on Friday, August 8, 2025, at St. Basil's Church in Dushore, PA with the Rev. Bert S. Kozen, presiding. Interment will be held at a later date in the Eagles Mere Cemetery.

Military Honors will be accorded by members of the United States Air Force Funeral Honor’s Detail at the conclusion of the Mass.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, August 29, 2025, at 4:00 PM at 400 Old Orchard Road, Lansing, NY 14882.
