Born in Wilkes-Barre PA, she was the beloved daughter of the late William and Elizabeth O’Hara and sister to the late William, Raymond and Theresa O’Hara. She was a longtime Bucks County area resident. Pat was employed as a switchboard operator for Lower Bucks Hospital for 26 years before her retirement.

She was a member of Immaculate Conception Parish. Pat was an avid reader and made many close friends through the Silver Sneakers program at the YMCA, but most of all cherished time spent with her loving family.

Predeceased by her husband, Leo Gainer; her daughter, Karen; her son, Michael; son- in-law, Paul and her grandson, Seth, Patricia is survived by her sons, Robert (Sharon), Thomas J., and Edward (Deborah); her daughter, Donna M. Javornik; daughter-in-law, Kathleen and son-in-law, Kevin Zanolini, her grandchildren, Michael (Michelle), Grace (William), Joshua, Pierce, Nicholas, Brandon, and Lea; her great grandchildren Ben, Shyanne, Raven, Liam and Patrick and many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Monday, October 5, 2026, from 5:00 pm until 7:00 pm, at James J. Dougherty Funeral Home, 2200 Trenton Road, Levittown, PA 19056.

Visitation will also be held at on Wednesday, October 7, 2026, from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm, followed by a Funeral Service, at P. Dean Homer Funeral Home, 206 Water St., Dushore, PA 18614.

Burial will take place at St Basils Cemetery, Cemetery St, Dushore, PA 18614, on October 7, 2026.
