Marilyn Rita Dube

          Marilyn Rita Dube, age 76, formerly of Bloomsburg, PA, passed away on Saturday, August 04, 2018, at the Highlands Care Center in Laporte, PA.

          Marilyn was born September 30, 1941 in Tarrytown, NY, a daughter of the late Joseph & Pauline Rita Antonini Juliano.  She graduated from the Ossining NY High School and worked for many years as a numerical typist for General Motors Corp.  Illness caused her retirement and she later moved to Bloomsburg, PA, to be near her family.

          She was a former member of St. Ann’s Catholic Church in Ossining, NY.  She was a loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother.

          She enjoyed spending time with family and friends and listening to the oldies.

          She was predeceased by a sister, Joanne Brown of Elmsford, NY on April 6, 2001.

          Funeral Services will be held at the convenience of the family.  Interment will be in the St. Augustine’s Cemetery, Ossining, NY.

          In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Treatment Advocacy Center for Mental illness, 200 North Glebe Road, Suite 801, Arlington, VA 22203.

          Arrangements are under the direction of the P. Dean Homer Funeral Home, 206 Water St., Dushore, PA.
