Katherine "Kathy" Mae Kulsicavage Chase

Katherine Mae Kulsicavage Chase, age 55, of Overton Township, Bradford County, passed away on Friday, May 8^th, 2020, at the Robert Packer Hospital in Sayre, PA.

          Kathy was born in Muncy, PA on November 7, 1964, a daughter of the late Constantine James Kulsicavage & Marjorie Elaine Allen Kulsicavage Ballantine.  She lived in Dushore and New Albany, PA, and graduated from the Wyalusing Valley High High School, a member of the class of 1982.  She went on to receive her Practical Nursing Degree from the Williamsport Practical Nursing School.

          She married Terry Chase of Overton on May 25, 1991.

          Kathy was currently the Emergency Management Coordinator for Albany Township.

          She enjoyed her pet animals, spending time with her great nieces and researching her family history.

          She was predeceased by a brother James Michael Kulsicavage on January 5, 2011, a nephew Joshua Roy Blokzyl on July 19, 2018, and a brother-in-law, Edward Chase in 1968.

          Funeral Services will be private and held at the convenience of the family.
