James J. Faulkner

James J. Faulkner, of Florham Park, N.J., entered eternal life on Thursday, October 16, 2025. He joins his beloved wife Darlene Suzanne Paige the daughter of the late Stanley Paige and Lucille Huray Church.

James was born on April 8, 1947, a son of the late James J. Faulkner Jr. and Margaret Katulick Faulkner. James attended said Elizabeth parochial school and graduated from Ramapo Regional High School in 1965, and was a stalwart on the baseball team. Thereafter he graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in economics from St. Peter’s University. He achieved his master’s in Business Administration from Fairleigh Dickinson University. He was a longtime employee of Hoffman LaRoche in Nutley, NJ, before his retirement many years ago.

Jim married the love of his life, Darlene Suzanne Paige on August 4, 1984, and together they spent many years in happiness. They settled in Florham Park, NJ, where they resided for many years making many friends and lasting relationships. They spent over 38 years sharing life’s challenges and joys while enjoying their mutual love for each other, before Darlene’s passing on January 26, 2023.

Jim was truly a sweet, kind, and caring soul. Jim’s personal life was enriched by a wide range of interests and pursuits. He will be fondly remembered by his golfing buddies and the “Track Club”. He proudly told the story of his 1 and ½ holes in one on the golf course, a story too long to be told here. He will be deeply missed and forever cherished by those fortunate enough to have known him. Heaven has gained a beautiful angel, and he is now reunited with his wife Darlene who he missed so much.

Jim was buried beside his beloved wife Darlene, alongside the Huray family in St. Vladimir’s Cemetery in Lopez, PA, with Fr. Gregory White presiding.

Funeral arrangements were under the direction of the Homer Funeral Home, 206 Water St., Dushore, PA.
