Elsie May Bundle

Elsie May Bundle, age 95, of Dushore, PA passed away peacefully on Wednesday morning, July 5, 2017 at Dar-Way Elder Care.             Elsie was born on December 8, 1921, in Gosforth, District of Whitehaven, county of Cumberland, UK, a daughter of the late Benjamin & Mabel Chorley Southgate.                     On October 2, 1944, she married John Joseph Bundle of Dushore, PA in England while he was serving with the United States Army. They enjoyed over 60 years of marriage before his passing on August 10, 2005.             She enjoyed knitting and had made several rugs and blankets for children and grandchildren. She was an expert gardener and enjoyed maintaining all her gardens.
