Constance Rae Upson, age 69, of Laporte, PA formerly of Elmira, NY, passed away on late Wednesday evening, August 18, 2021, at the Highlands Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center in Laporte, PA.
Connie was born October 19, 1951, in Elmira, NY, the daughter of the late Arthur and Marie Clark Upson.
