Cecil Vanderpool, age 91, of Laporte, PA, formerly of Wyalusing and Millerton, PA, passed away on Sunday, February 21, 2021, at the Highlands Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center in Laporte.

          Cecil was born July 30, 1929 in Towanda, PA, son of the late Manville P. and Luvia Jackson Vanderpool.

          He formerly resided at the Bakercrest Home for the elderly in Millerton, PA, and at the Smith Personal Care Home in Wyalusing, PA.  He was a resident of the Highlands Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center in Laporte, for the past six years.

          He was predeceased by a brother Duane Vanderpool.

          A private graveside service will be held at Cole Cemetery, Towanda Township, PA.
