Albert Francis Savage Jr., age 78, of Boxer Dr., Dushore, PA, passed away peacefully on Saturday, May 30, 2026, at the Highlands Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center, in Laporte, PA, after a short illness.

Albert was born on August 11, 1947, in Trenton, NJ, a son of the late Albert F. Savage Sr. and Josephine Amelia Zerrenner Savage. He graduated from the Morrisville High School in 1965.

He worked as a welder in the Steel Mill Industry.

Albert honorably served his country in the United States Army from August of 1966 until his honorable discharge on July 31, 1968.

He moved to Dushore with his mother, Josephine Amelia “Joz” Savage many years ago. After her death in 2005, he stayed living in Dushore, where he enjoyed fishing, especially at Kast’s pond.

Besides his parents he was predeceased by his brother: Joseph C. Savage, of Hamilton Township, PA, on November 7, 2010; and by his sisters: Kathryn Savage and Agnes Ann Savage.

Funeral services will be private with interment in the Holy Trinity Catholic Cemetery, Yardley, PA.

Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Homer Funeral Home, 206 Water St., Dushore, PA.
