Fowler, age 71, of Mildred, PA passed away on Friday, October 24, 2014 at the Robert Packer Hospital, Sayre, PA with her loving family at her side. Eleanor was born October 7, 1943, daughter of Gilbert and Cora Hunsinger Pedro. She graduated from the Sullivan County High School a member of the class of 1964. She married Irvin Wesley Wilson of Unityville and he predeceased her on December 15, 1969. She married John C. Fowler on December 3, 1971. Eleanor was a member of St. Francis of Assisi Church, Mildred, PA. She worked for several years at the former Endicott Johnson Shoe Mfg. Plant in Mildred until it closed and later worked for Taylor Packing Co. of Wyalusing, PA. Eleanor’s pride and joy was her grandchildren. They were her world. Her favorite things to do were: going to auctions with her brothers and playing Bingo with her sisters. She also enjoyed going to yard sales and shopping. She was a loving spouse, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother and enjoyed being with her family. Surviving: Spouse: John at home Three sons: Irvin “Bud” (Peg) Wilson Mildred, PA Raymond (Kay) Wilson Eagles Mere, PA John (Ginger) Fowler Jr. Mildred, PA Two daughters: Edith “Gabby” (Robert) Haueisen Jamestown, TN Jodi (Arnold) Miller Monroeton, PA Five brothers: Angelo (Shirley) Pedro Dushore, PA Jerome (Rebecca) Pedro Mildred, PA Richard Pedro Dushore, PA Edward Pedro Dushore, PA Michael (Debra) Pedro Mildred, PA Three sisters: Alberta Pastusic Mildred, PA Dawn “Toots” Masteller Dushore, PA Deborah (Dennis) Hill Mildred, PA Sister-in-laws: Beverly Pedro Dushore, PA Sharon Pedro New Albany, PA Twelve grandchildren: Tiffany, Kaitlyn, David, Kayla, Nick, Shelly, Linda, Dustin, Jackie, Dean, Robert, & Bethann; fourteen great grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. She was predeceased by three brothers: an infant John, and Thomas J. Pedro on October 2, 2014 and Wayne J. Pedro on October 23, 2014; and a sister Margaret Sysock Pastusic on April 28, 1996.
