Bunny was born August 29, 1930 in Dushore, a daughter of the late Sherman Z. & Carrie Krause Bahr of Dushore, PA. She graduated from the Dushore High School a member of the class of 1949. She attended airline flight attendant school and ticket agent training in Kansas City in 1950. She married Ralph “Core” Kelly of Mildred in 1952, and he predeceased her on February 15, 1981. Bunny worked for the former Endicott Johnson Shoe Mfg. Co. of Mildred, PA for over twenty-five years until she retired. She was a member of St. Francis of Assisi Church in Mildred, PA. Bunny loved to travel and did so extensively all over the world, but most of all she loved children, and her greatest joy came from her grand and great grand kids! She will be extremely missed by her family! Surviving: A son: Ralph (Macky) Kelly Hughesville, PA Daughter: Carrie Norton and Leonard Berlew Shavertown, PA Brother: Robert “Pete” Bahr Monroeton, PA Brother-in-law: Edward (Ace) Kelly Endwell, NY Two sisters-in-law: Madeline Palmer Elmira, NY Anna Edgin Tecumseh, OK Four grandchildren: Candace Kelly (Paul Wascavage) Swoyersville, PA Tara Norton Harvey’s Lake, PA Kelly Norton Wyoming, PA Corey Norton Shavertown, PA Six great grandchildren: Skylar Norton, Isabella Norton, Ava Patrick, Julian Norton, Dylan Norton and River Patrick and numerous nieces and nephews and special niece Carol Ferrell of Dushore and her three best buddies: Maggie, Minnie, and Ramey, her beloved companion dogs. She was predeceased by a son-in-law: Dennis G Norton on September 19, 2010; a brother: Samuel Bahr of Towanda, five sisters: Eve Dunn, Jerry Lou Bahr, , Delores Whipple and Sarah “Sadie” Bahr all of Dushore and Etta “Dolly” Ferris of Endicott, NY A Transferal Service will be held on Thursday, October 24, 2013 at 9:30 A.M. from the P. Dean Homer Funeral Home, 206 Water St., Dushore, PA and will be followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 A.M. at St. Francis of Assisi Church, Mildred, PA with the Rev. Edward L.
