Kathy was born June 29, 1954 in Huntingdon, PA a daughter of Albert Whitsel of Middletown, PA and the late Ethelda Everhart Whitsel Zercher. She graduated from the Conestoga High School in Lancaster and worked as a secretary for a manufacturing firm until her health failed. Surviving: Son: Jamie (Karen Vidra) Zug Irmo, SC Three brothers: Jack (Nanette) Whitsel Craley, PA Thomas L. Whitsel Chincoteague Island, VA Mike Shaub Lancaster, PA Two sisters: Sheryl (Ron) Whitman Narvon, PA Christine (Joseph Rick) Whitsel Manheim, PA Father: Albert Whitsel Middletown, PA Step-father: Donald Zercher Gordenville, PA Step-brother: Kenneth Zercher Germany and several step-children and step-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. A Memorial Service will be held at her residence, 1996 Water St., Washington Boro, PA On Saturday, October 12, 2013 at 2:00 P.M. The family will provide the flowers and ask that memorial contributions be made in Kathy’s memory to the American Cancer Society, Sullivan County Unit, 1948 E. Third St., Williamsport, PA 17701.
