Bendinsky, age 77, of Langhorne, PA passed away peacefully in his sleep on Monday, April 22, 2013, at his hunting lodge in Laporte Township. Frank was born April 3, 1936 in Mildred, PA son of the late Frank and Leona M. Evangelisti Bendinsky. He graduated from the Turnpike High School a member of the class of 1954 and received his Bachelor’s Degree in English from Bloomsburg University. He served in the US Army and began teaching. He later received his Master’s Degree from the University of Maine. He taught English at the Medill Bair High School in Fairless Hills, PA retiring in 1991. Frank was an avid hunter and fisherman and member of the Lone Pine Hunting Lodge, formerly Hemlock Acres of Laporte Twp. and a member of the White Ash Land Association. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus in Langhorne. Frank was beloved by his wife, “Bonnie” the former Alice Marie Bonanomi; two sons: Adam (Barbara) Bendinsky of Brick, NJ & Scott (Tracy) Bendinsky of Mechanicsburg, PA; two step-sons: Chris (Edie) Churchill of Lancaster, PA and Mike (Nancy) Churchill of Yardley, PA; two step-daughters: Caroline (Chip) Miller of Evergreen, CO and Catherine (Jeff) Barcy of Tiburon, CA; a sister: Carol (Frank) Dwyer of State College, PA and an Aunt Helen Rosbach of Estella, PA; thirteen grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by a sister, Ann Bendinsky. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00A.M. on Friday, April 26th 2013 at the Monastery of St. Clare, 1271 Langhorne-Newtown Road, Langhorne, PA. Friends may call at the Monastery from 10:00 A.M. The family will provide the flowers and request that Memorial Contributions be sent to: Consolidated Sportsmen of Muncy Creeks, 16 Pine Run Road, Hughesville, PA 17737 Arrangements are under the direction of the P.
