OBITUARY
July 18, 2012
Mr. Carl R. Pardoe, age 84, of Forks Township, Sullivan County, PA passed away on Wednesday, July 18, 2012 at the Robert Packer Hospital in Sayre with his loving family at his side.
Carl was born June 8, 1928 a son of the late Nelson Carl Pardoe and Clara Hocker Pardoe. He worked on area farms and married the former Marguerite Fay Driscoll on June 5, 1948. They purchased the Driscoll Family Dairy Farm in 1953. He was a lifelong dairy farmer and retired in 2001 after the passing of his wife Marguerite. He also was engaged in logging for many years. He enjoyed hunting and fishing throughout his life.

Eleven grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by an infant sister, Helen; two brothers, David Pardoe and John Pardoe; infant, great-granddaughter, Erica Hope Shaffer.
Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, July 21, 2012 at 11:00 at the Millview Wesleyan Church with Pastor Erik Ireland officiating. Interment will be in East Forks Union Cemetery, Forks Twp., PA.
Friends may call at the Church on Saturday morning from 9:00 A.M. until the time of the service.
