Stott, age 90, of McCarty Ridge Road, Elkland Township, passed away early Tuesday, June 26, 2012 at the Dar-Way Elder Care in Estella, with her loving family at her side. Phyllis was born in New Britain, PA on April 14, 1922 a daughter of the late Louis & Esther Lapp Barth. She graduated from the Buckingham High School, a member of the class of 1939. She also graduated from the Lansdale School of Business. She married F. Stuart Stott on October 27, 1945 and they celebrated their 66th wedding anniversary last fall. Phyllis worked in banking and later managed a dress shop in the Souderton area and also was active as a former Girl Scout leader. She and Stuart retired to Sullivan County in 1982. She was a member of the Lincoln Falls Wesleyan Church where she was active with Kid’s Club, the Ladies’ Missionary Society and many committees. Surviving: Spouse: Stuart at home Son: Douglas and his wife Louise Stott Louisville, KY Two sisters: Wanda Carver Downingtown, PA Jacqueline Kratz Royersford, PA Granddaughter: Jenny Stott Lexington, KY And several nieces and nephews. Funeral Services will on Friday morning at 11:00 A.M. at the Lincoln Falls Wesleyan Church, with Pastor Erik Ireland, officiating. Interment will be in the Beulah Cemetery, New Britain, PA at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are under the direction of the P.
