Finan, age 25, of New Albany, PA passed away on Wednesday, June 20, 2012 as a result of a motor vehicle accident in Wellsburg, NY. Brandon was born August 25, 1986 in Towanda, son of Robert J. & Tina D. Chilson Finan. He graduated from the Wyalusing Valley High School, a member of the class of 2004 and attended Indiana University of Pennsylvania in Indiana, PA. Brandon was a carpenter and had his own business, B Finan Construction of New Albany, PA. He was a member of St. Basil’s Church, Dushore, PA. His greatest enjoyment was spending time with his daughters. Surviving: Fiancée Saria Brewer, of Laceyville, PA; two daughters: Savannah M. Finan of Sayre and Kirra E. Finan of Laceyville, PA, a step-daughter, MacKenna Brewer of Laceyville, PA; parents, Rob & Tina Finan of New Albany; Paternal grandfather, Robert E. Finan of New Albany; Maternal grandmother, Evelyn Daugherty of Troy; brother, Joseph E. Finan and his fiancé Summer Putnam, Troy; numerous aunts and uncles and two special nephews, Daryn R. Finan & Rydrt Kithcart, and special cousins, Krista Miller, Danny Barr and Robert Wood. A Transferal Service will be held on Tuesday, June 25, 2012 at 9:30 A.M. from the P. Dean Homer Funeral Home, 206 Water St., Dushore, PA 18614 and will be followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 A.M. at St. Basil’s Church, Dushore, PA with the Rev. Joseph R. Hornick, pastor, presiding. Interment will be in St. Francis of Assisi Cemetery, Cummiskey. Friends may call at the funeral home on Monday, June 25th, 2012 from 2:00 to 4:00 P.M. and from 7:00 to 9:00 P.M.
